 Matfen Hall Hotel, near Newcastle Upon Tyne, has become the first hotel in the UK to have a Go Ape High Wire Forest Adventure course located within its grounds. Based on a similar design to Go Ape’s already successful 21 UK-wide courses, it is a giant obstacle course set high up in the treetops. It is Go Ape’s fifth new launch for 2009 and its first in the North East. David Hunter, Director and General Manager of Matfen Hall, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Go Ape to offer this exciting new service to guests. We know that it will be of great interest to both individuals and corporate organisations.”
