The Foodservice Show & The Professional Kitchen Show

Fresh Montgomery has reinvented its annual Hospitality Show, now offering two shows in one. The Professional Kitchen Show and The Foodservice Show bring the UK Food and Drink industry together for two days of discovery, inspiration, and networking, co-located at The NEC Birmingham.

Across the 22nd and 23rd January, 200 exhibitors will showcase the best products and services from the food and drink industry, attracting over 8,000 key buyers from across the sector. Both events feature guest speakers and suppliers from around the country. Talks will cover the most important topics in foodservice including the impact of Brexit, staff retention, the rise of street food, zero waste and whole lot more.

The Event Production Show

The leading exhibition for the UK’s live event sector, The Event Production Show takes place across 26th and 27th February at Olympia London. Bringing hundreds of full event infrastructure suppliers under one roof, it attracts organisers from a variety of sectors trying stay ahead in a competitive events industry.

The exhibition is another offering from the Mash Media portfolio which also includes International Confex, The PA Show and The Festival and Outdoor Events Show. The organisers have announced a host of new features alongside returning favourites. It will showcase speakers discussing key industry issues including sustainability and challenges to the night time economy as well as launching a Brand Experience Theatre featuring case studies and content from corporate experiential companies.


The PA Show

The PA Show is the UK’s largest event dedicated to PAs, EAs, VAs and Office Managers. Formerly known as Office*, the annual event attracts thousands of visitors from across the UK and this year it will be co-located with The Event Production Show at Olympia London on 26th and 27th February.

Whether you’re new to your role, or are an old-hand, The PA Life Masterclasses cover a range of personal development opportunities that will see you return to the office armed with the skills for success. Its Keynote Theatre will stage the big industry debates, while networking sessions give you the chance to make valuable industry connections and learn from others in similar roles.



Green Events & Innovations Conference

The 11th edition of the Green Events & Innovations Conference is set to return after last year’s sell-out show.  This year, the conference has moved to a larger space within the Royal Garden Hotel accommodating more delegates and a bigger networking space.

The event run by A Greener Festival, in partnership with the International Live Music Conference will take place 5th March, with a focus on the hot topic of sustainability at live events. The conference will welcome some of the top events from across the globe and their innovators to share knowledge and experience. Topics scheduled for the agenda include plastics and reusables, campsite waste and behaviour, merchandise, touring and transport and event catering.



Scotland’s premier showcase for food, drink, hospitality and tourism, returns to SEC Glasgow on 13th and 14th March. ScotHot offers an opportunity to meet with suppliers, and network with industry professionals to share ideas and inspiration, and learn about the latest trends from across the sector.

Organisers are set to bring together suppliers of food and drink; catering equipment; decor and design; tableware and technology products with chefs and buyers from hotels, restaurants, bars, catering outlets and tourism destinations. The show runs every two years with a heritage dating back over 40 years. This year, the event will host over 200 exhibitors, and over 7,000 attendees.




The Conference and Hospitality Show

The annual Conference and Hospitality Show, one of the UK’s leading events for venue finders, event organisers and PAs returns to Leeds’ First Direct Arena on 30th April. Hosting in a world class music venue that has seen performances from the biggest names in music inspired organisers to create “an event fit for the truly amazing rockstar organiser.”

Celebrating its 10th year, the show will attract exhibitors from the UK’s top venues, hotels and meeting suppliers while offering a range of educational sessions and networking events. After last year’s success of bringing 200 national suppliers together under one roof, with 35% of exhibitors being brand new additions, CHS Group’s flagship show is set for its biggest year yet.



Venue Scotland

The inaugural Venue Scotland event provides a unique opportunity for venue professionals to gather, promote their businesses and hear from thought leaders in the sector. The free-to-attend event is co-located with Expo Scotland at Glasgow’s Hampden Park, and offers seminars and workshop sessions alongside the main exhibition. You’ll find businesses from every corner of the social media world across Scotland and they’re all happy to give tips, tricks and insider advice, as well as help you find a solution to any business issues you may be facing. Organisers expect to welcome over 1,000 delegates between the two shows, where one ticket gets you access to both events.




The Meetings Show

The Meetings Show is the premier event for the inbound and outbound meetings and event industry in the UK, taking place on 26th and 27th June at Olympia London. Since its launch in 2012, The Meetings Show has become a must-attend exhibition for event, meeting, conference and incentive planners from the UK and Europe. Attend the show and connect with thousands of industry professionals in a social and meetings driven environment to source new suppliers, discover the latest innovations and build an invaluable network through face-to-face interactions.



After last year’s successful launch, Confex Future Focus will return to Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse on 3rd and 4th July to showcase what the future has in store for the event industry in a live, interactive environment. Mash Media’s sister offering to International Confex will bring organisers and suppliers together for an immersive exhibition experience demonstrating the latest event trends alongside a free-to-attend programme of thought-provoking seminars and debates.

Last year’s Keynote Theatre hosted discussions on what the future of events might look like, exploring themes of food, venues and sustainability, while the exhibition gave attendees the chance to step into the world of virtual reality, try out the latest holographic devices and pose for their own digital portrait sketch.



Venues + Events Live

Venues + Events Live is one of UK’s biggest events exhibitions, attracting hundreds of venues, restaurants, hotels, bars, blank canvas spaces and event suppliers every year. Following the huge success of its London exhibition, Venues + Events Live Manchester will launch in the autumn. The show will take place from 23rd to 24 September at Manchester Central Convention Complex with some of the industry’s top exhibitors and a variety of content including workshop sessions and hands-on masterclasses.
