The Sustainable Events Summit (SES) returns to the Showman’s Show on 21st October, launching Vision for Sustainable Events’ focus on Energy and 30 Climate Actions for 2030.
SES 2026 will bring together outdoor event organisers, suppliers, local authorities, and experts to drive collaborative resource development, industry standards, best practice, and innovation to inspire climate action for UK events, releasing the Climate Transition Plan 2030.
The summit will be kicking off a four-year pathway with a focus on energy and will include the launch of a new edition of Smart Power Guide for Events. It will also host invited guests for a morning of roundtable workshops. The afternoon programme includes a session with key industry organisations on ‘Sector Perspective – Climate Transition Plan 2030’, an event energy panel, quick-fire talks, and The Green Supplier Awards to showcase innovative products and services.
