The Conwy Suite offers an intimate and dynamic space to meet. The suite can be completely transformed from a meeting space to be ready for fine dining within 90 minutes, making this the perfect space for an all-day event. With a maximum capacity of 80 delegates theatre style, this space offers a bright and energetic environment perfect for getting down to business.
The two Castle suites offer a relaxed environment and beautiful views overlooking Conwy Estuary and the historic Conwy castle. Available as separate spaces or as one larger area, the total capacity of the suites comes to 240 delegates. Castle Suite 1 has a maximum capacity of 100 delegates theatre style and is available in a variety of configurations, including boardroom, banqueting, cabaret, and U-shaped. The adjoining Castle Suite 2 works great as a breakout room, a product display area, or as a way to expand Castle Suite 1’s space, with a maximum capacity of 160 delegates.
The venue offers two different day delegate packages to give your delegates an experience to remember: the classic package and the executive package. Kicking off with tea and coffee upon arrival, the package also offers homemade flapjack, a one course buffet lunch, biscuits in the mid-afternoon break, still and sparkling Welsh mineral water, sweets, delegate stationary, LCD projector and screen, flip chart and pens, room hire, Wi-Fi throughout, and a dedicated event assistant on the day, all for £35 per delegate. On top of this, the executive package also offers a selection of brunch treats during the morning break, a two-course hot and cold buffet, as well as a mid-afternoon energiser break with fruit kebabs and smoothies, coming in at £45 per delegate.
