An unforgettable luxury experience with a difference is on offer at Nick Nairn Cook School, Port of Menteith, Stirlingshire. Devoting themselves to client experience, the team goes above and beyond to create bespoke packages for delegates adapting the venue’s multifunctional space to meet your needs for meetings, events, team building, product launches, and corporate hospitality. The school’s high customer satisfaction rate has earned high-profile guests such as HSBC, and Volvo, demonstrating its ability service high quality clients.

Everyone is the same when they’re in the apron learning from Nick in a professional kitchen, using high quality restaurant kitchen equipment, as Nick shares top tips and kitchen tricks from his 30+ years in hospitality. Hands on cooking team building opportunities are kept at an intimate group size of 12 people so you can receive the full attention of the chef tutor, menu’s can be personalised on request, past sessions have included skills from homemade pasta making to mastering the art of the perfect souffle.

If you want to sit back and watch a live cooking demo rather than cooking yourself, that can be arranged. Demos can fit an audience of 60 to 70 delegates whereas a Demo and Dine night can be arranged for a smaller group of up to 40 delegates. You choose the theme so whether it’s Japanese or Italian cuisine, your evening’s menu is up to you.

Though more well known for the venue’s entertainment facilities due to its excellent food service, the team is there to help you create a fully customisable corporate trip including having meetings on-site in its multifunctional event space. The team will create a bespoke day for you with extras including, cocktail classes, seafood demos, and barbecue demonstrations in its summer outdoor kitchen space. They’ll even help you book travel and accommodation in the area to extend your stay and enjoy more of its stunning facilities.

Nick Nairn Cook School can also act as a central hub for your trip to Scotland just 45 minutes from Edinburgh and Glasgow airport. Many visiting companies choose to structure their visit over two to three days having a welcome dinner and returning to the venue after some activities in the beautiful surrounding area to have a demo and dine package or a cook school team building session. Activities in the area include paddle boarding, white water rafting, and wild water swimming in the nearby lochs.
